- All payments for services rendered by K Winter Management are final and non-refundable.
- Payments are due as outlined in the invoice or service agreement. Late payments may result in a suspension of services.

3. Client Responsibilities
- Clients must provide accurate and complete information necessary for the execution of services.
- Delays caused by a failure to provide required materials or approvals will not impact payment obligations.

5. Intellectual Property
- K Winter Management retains ownership of all materials, designs, and content created until full payment has been made.
- After payment, ownership of materials specifically created for the client will transfer to the client. K Winter Management retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio or promotional materials.
6. Service Modifications and Termination
- K Winter Management reserves the right to modify or discontinue any services at its discretion.
- Either party may terminate the agreement. Termination does not absolve the client of any outstanding payment obligations.
7. Limitations of Liability
- K Winter Management will not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services, including loss of revenue or data.
- Our services are provided "as is" without any guarantees or warranties, express or implied.
8. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter through informal negotiation. If no resolution is reached, disputes will be subject to binding arbitration under the laws of California.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California.
10. Changes to Terms of Service
K Winter Management reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
